Fayçal Chraibi is a serial entrepreneur, with more than 20 years of experience in the field of IT, innovation and business development.

Fayçal has operated in the consulting area, across Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa, advising GLOBAL 500 and CAC40 corporates. He bootstraped and lead the regional subsidiaries, in Francophone Africa, for large multinational groups such as SAP and Inetum.

Recently, Fayçal has strived to align with more purpose-driven ventures. He launched Issuery Capital, which invests in the areas of sustainability, education, wellbeing and agriculture.

Fayçal is also the CEO of Neeosis, which is an Edtech company developing an inclusive learning platform.

Fayçal is also the editor of “Leadership on a roll”, a newsletter that takes on the challenges of modern leadership and provides hacks and tips to align leadership style to foster performance and align with the future of work.
